Night at Hope

Experience first-hand what it's like to be a student at Hope College with current students.

Night at Hope is a unique visit opportunity offered to seniors only:
 
  • Experience first-hand what it is like to be a student at Hope College with current students.
  • Explore residence halls and engage with student community as a part of typical weekday evening programming.
  • This visit concludes at 11:00 PM; Overnight visits will be offered to admitted students in the spring.

Here's some of what you can expect:

  • Enjoy dinner at our Phelps Dining Hall
  • Hang out in a variety of residence halls with Hope students: Can you picture yourself here?
  • Explore award-winning, only a couple blocks from campus
  • Connect with other prospective students from near and far

What We Offer
  • Night at Hope is an evening visit experience from 4:30-11:00 PM (EST). This is not an overnight visit. We do offer Overnight Visits to admitted students starting in mid-January. Information regarding Overnight Visits will appear on this page in January.
  • Night at Hope is reserved for high school seniors and transfer students only
  • Night at Hope is available each Thursday prior to an Anchor Day starting Thursday, September 19 - Thursday, November 21
Connecting with your Hosts
  • One of your matched hosts will contact you by email and/or text message before your scheduled Night at Hope visit to introduce themselves and confirm details of your visit
  • Take this opportunity to share what you may be interested in doing while you are visiting
Arriving on Campus
  • You will meet your host at the at 4:30 p.m.
  • For arrivals after 5 p.m., you will meet your hosts at their residence hall
  • Your Night at Hope visit will conclude at 11:00 PM (EST)
